Barbara Bilkerdijk has been a celebrity makeup artist for over twenty years. She has worked extensively in film and publicity, applying her innovative makeup techniques and products to some of Hollywoods coveted celebrities. Her celebrity portfolio includes Lil Kim, FAITH, Monica Bellucci, Morgan Freeman and Denzel Washington. Barbaras knowledge and expertise led her to a contract with a major production company. The glossy magazine pages that Barbara studied as a child impacted how she viewed herself and how she saw other women. These initial impressions are ultimately what sparked Barbara's interest in a career as a makeup artist.

 

Known in the industry for her speed and distinct style, Barbara remains in high demand amongst celebrities for public appearances. In between publicity junkets, Barbara can be found mixing customized foundations in her New York studio.
